Reality TV show in which children experience the life of a wartime evacuee. It's wash day on Castle Farm and for the girls that means not only hand washing their own clothes and bed linen, they're expected to do the boys' dirty clothes and undies as well.

The unfairness of 1940s girls and boys chores is once again compounded when the boys enjoy a morning out in the fields making scarecrows with Mr Patrick.
