Children's animation. Ten-year-old bilingual twins Maya and Miguel Santos are convinced that there is nothing they can't do, fix, improve or invent for their family and friends. Ultimately, Maya's well-intended meddling in her family's and friends' lives leads her to create new quandaries to fix. When Paco stops speaking, Maya and Santiago take him to the vet, who tells them that the poor parrot is simply lonely staying at home all day. Maya's plan of taking him to school is not hugely sensible.
