He is helped by trains Victoria, Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, the twins Hammersmith and City and Ernie's friends Millie and Mr Rails. Millie wins a Win Your Dream Day competition in the Tunnel Times. Unfortunately the prize is a day on International Underground. She is disappointed, but Ernie and the trains make sure her day is really special.
