Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of one another. Wayne disrupts the lesson, landing him in big trouble with Miss Hissy. Instead of detention, Wayne is placed in charge of some kindergarten kids. He is initially freaked out by the children and their strange ways, but soon realises that he can mould them into his own army.
