Adventures with the metal-winged, pint-sized crimebuster and his partner Karate. Tough Macduff is released from prison and determined to make Batfink pay for sending him there. Batfink is challenged to a showdown but is outnumbered as all his enemies are there. Plus, Hugo A Go Go robs a bank and Batfink is called in to help, but his supersonic radar has been tampered with by Hugo.
