Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp, brothers who are complete opposites of one another.

Lucien decides he needs to toughen himself up and stand up to Wayne, so he and Tony get to work on a toughening programme which entails them stripping down to their underpants and growling like a bear.
