Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of one another. When a new neighbour moves in across the road, Mrs Cramp starts to feel suspicious and Wayne decides she must be a spy. He decides to spy on her and find out what she's up to. But when Agent X pops up selling Spy King security products, things take on a whole new dimension.
