Rain

Series for pre-school children featuring live action, puppetry and animation with Tilly, Tom and Tiny. Tilly goes out to play in the rain and Tiny upsets Tom by opening the window and letting the rain into the tots' house. Tilly drips rain on to Tiny's cloud picture and makes it run. Tom wishes the sun would come out and when it does, it makes a rainbow over the tots' garden.
