Haircut Horrors

Animation about ten-year-old twins Wayne and Lucien Cramp - brothers who are complete opposites of each other. Mrs Cramp decides the barber is too dirty to cut the boys' hair, but after helping to clean his salon with her special cleaning potion, she finds she may have done more harm than good.
