Peering through old Mr Williams's basement window, Mona sees him bent over a replica of the town complete with little cars, little lights... and little people! Neighbours who were supposedly on vacation have, in fact, been miniaturised to populate the small town. Mona and co decide to try and stop Mr Williams, only to find they themselves have also been shrunk...
