On BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Tuesday 16 September) Gavin Esler talks to Lord Tom King, former Defence Secretary.
The Hutton Inquiry into the circumstances which led to the death of Dr David Kelly has now entered its second phase.
Tom King was the Conservative Government's Defence Secretary during the first Gulf War.
Gavin Esler asks him to reflect on the inquiry and asks him what he would do to ensure the reconstruction of Iraq and the disengagement of British and American troops.
