Appraisals: You get feedback Woman: The point of an appraisal is to assess your strengths and weaknesses, so that a person gets feedback and knows whether they’re doing a good job or a bad job. Man: So that the people who are not your direct managers have some kind of idea of whether you’re a good employee or a bad employee.
