It's only been a couple of weeks since Hannah finished with her boyfriend.
She's finding it hard. She knows it would be so easy to ask him to come back into her life, but also knows, deep down, she's made the right decision.
She still has deep feelings for her ex and wants to channel this energy into something positive.
So, she's setting herself targets; she's going to lose some weight, give up smoking, then go travelling… until then, while she's coping with the pain of loss, she at least has something to look forward to.
