 | | | This is an adventure that bridges two worlds. On what is arguably the most important day of a mans life things arent going too well for our hero. Arguments with his girlfriend, banter with his flatmates and problems at work lead to a tense environment which is further compounded by the dry and dusky summer weather. As he skips from the disappointments of daily life to the wonderful strangeness of his imagination, his humdrum existence gets spectacularly turned inside out.
Reality distorts and dreams come true in this sparkling constellation of sketches, played out under the light of the glowing moon. The Cambridge Footlights was founded in 1883 and has shaped the British comedy scene in the late twentieth century. The cast includes the incoming president of Footlights, Simon Bird, and regular performers Max Bennett, Nadia Kamil, Dan Mansell and Lisa Owens. | | | |
