BBC Oxford are proud to present a very special collection of short stories written for children by children in aid of Children In Need. Our Write On competition back in November 2005 asked five celebrated children's authors to write the introduction to five different stories. Our competition hopefuls of between 8 and 12 years of age had to finish them! This magical book contains the winning stories from the hundreds of entries that were sent in plus a foreword by Jacqueline Wilson. You can listen to our interviews with the winners by clicking on the link on the top right of this page. | | At Orchard Meadow Primary School |
