Ouch! Podcast

Christmas has come early on Ouch! This month's Talk Show finds the team in a celebratory mood. We've got carols (courtesy of pianist Abi Baker), crackers and parlour games galore. Julie Fernandez (The Office) and Kiruna Stamell (EastEnders, Cast Offs) come in from the cold to share their tales of Christmases past, while our loyal newshound Rob Crossan is on chipper form. Mat Fraser and Liz Carr present this Yuletide extravaganza.

Our top talk show hosts are standing by to receive your email. If they read it out on the Talk Show and love it, they may even send you something nice in the post.
Drop the presenters a line using the form below, letting them know your location. Ask them questions, tell them what you'd like to hear in a future show, challenge them, suggest a guest or an unsigned disabled band. The producers can take a sneaky look before the presenters, so feel free to offer yourself as a contestant on Vegetable, Vegetable or Vegetable. Just look at how darn interactive we are!
