Swan

Are you a swan?

Swans are tranquil, faithful, committed to family and the raising of young.

1. When 2 Swans get together, there is a strong commitment and bond to fidelity. They will make a beautiful couple that are likely to be the envy of those around. As long as they keep swimming in the same direction and acknowledge the unseen work the other is doing beneath the surface, this is a winning combination.

2. When the Swan meets a Labrador, both are likely to be filled with admiration. The Labrador will admire the calm tranquillity of the swan and the swan will enjoy the easy playfulness of the Labrador. And when those differences begin to feel irritating, hopefully their mutual faithfulness will see them through.

3. The Swan and the Lion make a passionate couple. They are both admirable in their own right and are used to receiving a lot of attention. Both are committed to family and the raising of young, but the Lion’s independence may ruffle the feathers of the normally calm swan. And the Lion may consider the Swan’s hidden activity as too underhand.

4. The Swan and the Eagle have many things in common. Both are faithful and happy to commit for life and both have a serene approach to life. Issues are likely to arise around the solitary high-flying needs of the Eagle which may often leave the Swan feeling as though they don't share the same priorities in life and the Swan may feel that their fine plumage is not being fully appreciated.

5. It’s likely to take some time for the Swan and the Hedgehog to get it together. The shy Hedgehog may find it difficult to believe that the graceful swan could be interested in such a common-place creature and the Swan will find it hard to particularly hard to accept the Hedgehogs defensiveness. However, both are patient animals and will be well positioned to work on the many positives of their union.

6. When the Swan meets the Otter there’s likely to be some frustration around. The industrious playful Otter will find the Swan’s serene exterior a little perplexing and the Swan may sometimes see the Otter’s pursuits as frivolous. But once they recognise that both of them are committed to hard work in order to move forward, they'll begin to enjoy the similar environments that they both.

Whatever your personality, all relationships go through good times and hard times. The relationships that thrive are those where differences are faced head-on. Open, honest and respectful communication can help you to negotiate mutually acceptable ways around differences. Make sure you focus on the positives in your relationship and if problems do continue in-spite of your efforts to resolve things, get expert help as soon as possible to get you back on track.
