We went shopping in Cookstown recently. Angela bought a pair of shoes. The bag she carried them home in was labelled with the shop's name, followed by the words:- Boot, Shoe, Leather and Grindery Merchants. "Grindery Merchants"? What's a grindery merchant, and how can it be associated with selling shoes?
