Hello, my name is Raymond McMurray.

My sister Frances and I were delighted to visit the site exhibition at the Silent Valley in January 2003, where we saw for the first time a moving picture of our father, Sam McMurray, standing at the entrance to the new tunnel. He looks so proud and happy!

Sam died in 1965 and I am eager to learn more about the engineering project and his work on it, to fill in some of the many gaps in our memory of him.
