This Saturday I'll be tracing the history of Music City from it's earliest days to its current status as the capital of modern country to celebrate Radio Ulster's Nashville weekend.

Expect some great music from the likes of Alan Jackson, Emmylou Harris and Lambchop to name but a few.

We'll have tunes from some of Music City's most famous musical sons like Roy Acuff, a song or two from Nashville stars like George Jones and Tammy Wynette and even a rare recording of Hank Williams very first live appearance at the Grand Ole Opry.
