Something to get me through the long wet Irish winters when climbing no longer an option! Any surfing honours, comp wins etc? I wish! Your fave board: quiver me timbers - Just the one. A westbay board 6.7 "Surfing is getting more popular in Ireland for sure". Discuss:Well I am one of the new additions to the sport so I do think it's good to see new faces out there. Can be crowded at times though... Hopefully if a big community develops, problems with sewage/untreated waters will be made more of an issue, and hopefully sorted out. Most surf friendly pubs / gigs / eateries: BALI! Best thing about surfing: Just being there, magical beaches, the water, and when everything comes together and you get the ride!
