Been skateboarding for 16 years, bones are starting to tell me to wise a bap, sea is softer than concrete. Any surfing honours, comp wins etc? Won the 1st comp i entered, the handicrap division on the irish nationals about 4 years ago, been tryin in vain to outdo that since Your fave board: quiver me timbers - somehow i've managed to gather various sorts of 6.8s and a fantastic plastic for the summer Most surf friendly pubs / gigs / eateries: Tinneys international in Derry, Squealin Pig in Muff Favourite Surfer/s and why: Monty Montgomery always impresses, though it's quite dangerous taking several big waves on the head whilst in a laughing fit Best thing about surfing: goodbye cruel world Your top music/reading/movies/tv/radio, surf or otherwise: Stephen Kings 'the body', Brendan Behan's 'Borstal Boy', a drink with Shane McGowan, 'Barrytown Trilogy', spring to mind. TV?- I don't watch 'the s**t box' but enjoy the occasional video session with Blazing Saddles, Coming to America, Airplane and the like. Any ambition as a surfer?:
