| BANNED Adverts warning of the dangers of CO2 have been banned from TV screens in Northern Ireland - by the Environment Minister, Sammy Wilson. The BBC's Mike McKimm explained that the advertisement is part of the the UK's Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) campaign, "Act on CO2".
