SOMETHING'S GOT TO GIVE

The Editor In Chief of Guinness World Records, Craig Glenday, and Martin Mullen, the organiser of Derry's record-breaking gathering of Santas, spoke to Mark Patterson. Craig Glenday said that he receives three to four thousand new records every year, and "something's got to give".

THE GERMANS ARE COMING

The German city of Hamburg has challenged Derry's world record. They're hoping that thousands of Santas will gather in the city centre on December 14. But organiser, Axel Gurnet, admitted that last time they tried they were some way off Derry's total.
