ON THE AIR

Jimmy Porter's love of amateur radio began when he discovered electronics aged 15. He came to be one of the world's leading radio hams. But he is best known for his recordings of the British Army's communications on Bloody Sunday and his involvement in Radio Free Derry. He spoke to Barry Byrne.
