SCOOTER TEST Radio Foyle's reporter, Teresa Craig test drives a mobility scooter, after a group of MPs said that a fit-to-drive test should be considered, following accidents involving the vehicles. The House of Commons Transport Committee also said better figures on the use of scooters needed to be collected.
