The Story
Shane takes us back to the days when the fear of a caning from the teacher put a lot of fear into the classroom. On one fateful day Shane was to learn a lot about the sometimes misguided cruelty in disciplinarians. Now a teacher, this memory has ensured that Shane endeavours to be fair with his students

Comment: Dear Shane - brings back schooldays and the fear of being caught and humiliated in front of others, but you had cheated so maybe you couldn't really have expected God to condone it - but He will always forgive when we are sorry and will give us strength to face the consequences of our actions. (not to deny though that some teachers were over zealous!)
