CROWD REACTION: Loud and loving it. Like the Pied Pipers of Rockville, Triggerman lure the crowds into the tent with the first few warm-up riffs. From then on it’s an easy sell to a packed tent. Triggerman are an institution – they easily command the attention of both the die-hard fan and the first-timer listener with their tight, high-energy performance.

REMARKABLE MOMENT: Bap has the crowd eating out of his hand from the word go, welcoming them to ‘Bapworld’ for a 45-minute appreciation of rock-metal madness. But it’s not all about the front man in this set-up. The band is a team effort with all four musicians working together to deliver riff-heavy, ear-blistering, frantic yet melodic mosh music that is the signature dish of the North-West’s finest metal band. The whole set is a triumph with “Worms” and “Magic Eight Ball” the stand-out tracks. That said, the band finish with new song “You’re Not The Boss of Me” and it goes down just as well as any of their hits.
