Describe In Three Words: Awesome as usual.
Remarkable Moment: 65 Days are one of the UK's hardest working bands - when they're not touring, they're in the studio rehearsing some of the most rhythmically complex tunes written in recent times. So, what is remarkable is the fact that despite all this time spent constantly practising and playing, they still manage to hamper a sizeable proportion of their performances with technical problems. And unfortunately tonight it's Simon's turn, as his bass has repeated snags, much to his dismay.
Crowd Reaction: The few hitches encountered do nothing to deter the four from tearing up the Trends Lab, and the instrumental post-rock aficionados which flood the tent to capacity. It's encouraging to see how many repsond positively to every tune, cutting shapes and flailing limbs as though Aphex Twin had challenged Venetian Snares to a bodypopping competition.
EP Rating: 65/65.
