Why is it the world is so greedy,
adults showing kids to not help the needy,
it's all about selfish issues an how to take,
no digging in helping others raise there stake,
why don't the countries get help when in trouble,
helping hand would be nice an debts would not double,
what a difference a bit of love can make,
teach em trades and educate for there futures sake,
it would be reassuring to know we help those in need,
and teach younger ones to do the effortless deed,
to show em how to farm off their land,
how to prepare and sew seeds from hand,
just to give a chance out of poverty an repay,
once they're equipped and eating it'll be a better day,
to see the light at end of the dark an dismal tunnel,
more they produce they'll get a head of the endless funnel. |
