Silverstone has a capacity of 85,000 spectators and the British Grand Prix takes place over three days of practice, qualifying and race day, with up to 200,000 spectators expected over the three days. Aspire hospitality employ over 1,800 members of staff to cater for the British Grand Prix. These include 98 chefs, 842 hospitality staff and 757 mobile catering staff, in addition to full-time management staff. Expected beverage and food consumption includes 2,800 bottles of champagne, 9,000 bottles of wine, 20,000 litres of mineral water, nearly 1,500kg of smoked salmon, 5,400 bowled breakfasts and 9,000 breakfast rolls. Planning and logisticsCatering supplies distributed around Silverstone for the British Grand Prix include 18,000 napkins, 140,000 pieces of crockery and 3,500 table cloths.
