UK At Home is a nationwide photo project where for seven days everyone in the UK is invited to join 50 of the nation's leading photojournalists to capture "the emotions of home".

The project, which runs from 24 to 30 September, 2007, is aiming to create a photographic documentation of 'the single most important place in peoples' lives: the home'.

The organisers are asking you to take digital photos of everything from the suburban-semi and houseboat to mansion, mud hut and squat. The best shots will be chosen by a team of leading picture editors, and published in a book in 2008.

Norfolk at breakfast

BBC Radio Norfolk's Breakfast With Bumfrey team wants your help to create a snapshot of Norfolk waking up between 5am and 10am from Monday to Friday.

A selection of the images will be posted as a gallery on this website to capture a week in Norfolk's history as seen through your eyes.

"While you've got your digital camera out for the UK At Home project, how about sending me a picture or two of your early morning routine as you listen to Breakfast With Bumfrey," said presenter Stephen Bumfrey.

"I'd really like to see what you and your family get up to first thing in the morning. You can be doing anything - well, almost anything!

"Brushing your teeth, cooking breakfast, making the bed, or just looking tired. The shots could be taken on your journey to work, whilst doing the school run - it's up to you," he added.
