Help playing audio/video The Post Primary Transfer consortium is made up of 28 Catholic, four non-denominational and two integrated schools. They will be running multiple choice tests in English and Maths on one day: 21st November. There will be a supplementary test on 12th December. The sample test has been commissioned from an English company to tie in with the primary school curriculum and includes Maths questions on identifying vertical and horizontal lines on a grid and multiplication. ![]() Sample 11+. Copyright GL Assessment The English test features long passages for comprehension tests and also sentences which have to be analysed for spelling and punctuation. ![]() Sample 11+. Copyright GL Assessment Parents will be able to collect packs or download the forms from grammar school websites on Monday, but the forms do not have to be returned until the 18th September. The registration forms will need a photograph of the child and parents will have to sign a declaration that the information given is accurate, and agreeing that if any incorrect information is given, a place in the grammar school could be forfeited.
