As anchor of BBC Newsline, Donna comes into your home every night, Monday to Friday. Her success has been reflected in a much sought-after award nomination from the Royal Television Society in the Best Regional TV Presenter category

She presented the IRA Decommissioning programme and the BBC Newsline special on Devolution Day. Both picked up an Irish Film and Television Award for Best News Programme.

Donna spreads her wings outside news hosting Children in Need, the Balmoral Show, Country Times and education programmes. She joined the BBC in 1989 and as a Radio Ulster newscaster was the first person to break the news of the IRA ceasefire in August '94.

Donna is married to broadcaster Ronan Kelly.
