Delhi Commonwealth Games: Your pictures
The Commonwealth Games organising committee in Delhi is under pressure to confirm that all the venues are fit for purpose. BBC News website reader Quinn Cowper sent in this photo of the moon shining over the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Rick Westhead took this photo outside the main press centre at the Commonwealth Games site.
Rohan Joshi snapped this sight, from a distance, as the lights were tested at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Arvind Hoon says construction is still in progress in Rajeev Chowk, the main business and commercial hub in Delhi, a week before the Games are due to start.
Arvind Hoon said: "These photos don't paint a pretty picture. They show how incomplete construction work at such a key location is actually becoming an eyesore - stray dogs at the Games venues have been a subject of media discussion."
Lesley Esteves took this photo of a collapsed footbridge near the main Games stadium.
Lesley Esteves: "People are in shock with what's happening. There's a real sense of embarrassment that the Games may be cancelled,". You can also send us your photographs by emailing them to yourpics@bbc.co.uk.
