Emotional reunion for 28th rescued miner in Chile

Richard Villarroel, 26, was the 28th miner rescued after being trapped underground with 32 other miners for more than two months.

Mr Villarroel greeted family members in emotional scenes moments after reaching the surface.

The mechanic has worked at the San Jose mine for two years.
