Drivers are being urged to take care following a crash on the A40 near Brecon in snowy conditions.

The incident happened at Llanspyddid between the A470 and the A4067 at Sennybridge on Monday.

Dyfed-Powys Police reported snow had fallen on the road but advised it was passable with care.

The Met Office said there had been a flurry of snow on higher ground in Wales and that more was expected to fall later.
