Peace of Mind: images of Whitchurch Hospital
A three-part documentary, Peace of Mind on BBC One Wales, charts the lives of those with ongoing and chronic mental illness. The second programme looks inside Whitchurch Hospital, one of the last remaining psychiatric hospitals in Wales. This photograph was taken just after the hospital was opened in 1908
