Dementia patient Ron Bowman let down, says family
The family of a 74 year old from Newport who drowned in a river after going missing from hospital in June say lessons must be learned from his death.
Ron Bowman was suffering from dementia, and his relatives say he was not given the basic level of care he deserved at the hospital in Pontypool.
The local health board is investigating.
