'Double standards' of Welsh government's risk register

The Welsh government has been accused of "double standards" over its decision not to publish the assessment of risks facing the organisation.

However, it has asked other public bodies to publish theirs.

A Freedom of Information request by BBC Wales to see its corporate risk register has been turned down saying it would cause substantial harm.
