Police have appealed for information after Hawick Golf Club was vandalised at the weekend.
Four golf carts were stolen and damage was caused to a number of the course's greens.
Officers were called at about 09:35 on Sunday. It is believed the vandalism had taken place earlier that morning.
Police described the incident as "costly and needless" and have asked anybody with information to contact them.
