Flint: Flood defences must be priority

The Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Caroline Flint MP, has called for another independent review of flood protection in the UK.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, Caroline Flint said flood defences needed to be "prioritised" but would not commit to pledging more money to it.
