'No precedent' on votes for 16/17 year olds

The Secretary of State for Scotland says the decision to allow 16 and 17 year olds to vote in a referendum on Scottish independence does not create a 'precedent' for other elections.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, Michael Moore added that while he is "personally comfortable" with the idea of lowering the voting age he recognises there is "no consensus" in Westminster on the issue.
