Bank reforms need to go further

Ed Balls has called on the government to go "further and faster" on banking reform.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, the Shadow Chancellor expanded on Ed Miliband's plans to create two new banks by forcing the current "big five" to sell some of their branches.
