Tax rate debate: Stringfellow, Abbott and Portillo

Peter Stringfellow claimed the 50p tax rate would only bring in "peanuts" as he blamed the Conservatives for not lowering taxes but giving into their coalition colleagues.

He debated tax rates with Diane Abbott, Michael Portillo and Andrew Neil after his This Week film was aired calling for a cut in taxes.
