Boris Johnson calls for a major increase in spending on transport infrastructure, a National Insurance holiday for firms employing young people and a crackdown on tax avoidance.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show the London Mayor also refused to be drawn on the subject of the so-called "mansion tax" saying there were no firm proposals on the subject.
