A 31-year-old man has died in a farm accident in County Down.
It happened on the Ardbrin Road near Banbridge on Wednesday afternoon.
It is understood the accident involved a slurry tank. The Health and Safety Executive was informed and is investigating.
The name of the man who died has not yet been released.
SDLP leader Margaret Ritchie said: "This is a terrible tragedy that has greatly saddened people in the area, and has sent shockwaves through the close-knit farming community here in south Down.
"The loss of any life is sad, but to lose someone of this age, a man in the prime of his life, is totally shattering."
