A father and son have pleaded not guilty to murdering a man in Scarborough.
Shaun Atkinson, 49, was found dead at a house in St John's Avenue in the North Yorkshire town on 27 December.
Barry Rewcroft, 51, and Ruben Rewcroft, 20, both of Raincliffe Avenue, Scarborough, denied the charge during a hearing at Leeds Crown Court.
Both men were remanded in custody and they will appear again before the same court on 19 June.
