A gas pipe was ruptured and caught fire after a car crashed into a house in Suffolk.
Fire crews were called to the scene on Bulmer Road in Sudbury at 17:00 BST and put the fire out by 20:30 BST.
The driver of the car, a Land Rover, was unhurt and no-one was in the house at the time, police said.
Suffolk Fire Service said two semi-detached houses were affected by the fire. Fire crews turned off the gas supply and engineers were called out.
Police have set up a cordon, but said no houses needed to be evacuated.
