Police investigating the shooting of swans near Wedmore, in Somerset, have charged a man with possessing a shotgun.
The man, from Wedmore, was charged with possession of the gun without a firearms licence.
He will appear before Bridgwater Magistrates' Court on 10 May.
Avon and Somerset Police said two other men arrested as part of the investigation had been released without charge.
